Champion Angels Survival Association Keeps Memories Alive with Bazaar
The Champion Angels Survival Association continues to work towards keeping the memories of the Champion Angels, who lost their lives in the earthquake that took place in Turkey on February 6th, alive. The association organized a bazaar in Famagusta, where they sold sweet and salty foods made by both the families of Champion Angels and volunteers.
The bazaar was set up in the Thursday market, and the interest from the public was quite large. Members of the association and volunteers worked hard to make the event a success.
Speaking to BRT, Champion Angels Survival Association member Nafi Çetintaş said that the families of the Champion Angels and volunteers organize such events in Famagusta to help them cope with the loss of their loved ones. He stated that their aim was to implement various projects, including the bazaar, to keep the memories of the young people who lost their lives alive.
The association’s efforts have been well-received by the community, who continue to show their support. The Champion Angels will forever be remembered through the efforts of the association and the community.
