Hatay, a province in southern Turkey, has been struck by two earthquakes of 6.4 and 5.8 magnitudes on the evening of 20 February, causing severe damage to the surrounding areas. The province had already faced great destruction after the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes that occurred in Kahramanmaraş on February 6. These disasters affected 11 provinces in total, bringing the art community together to provide aid and support to those in need.

She recently visited a tent city in Hatay, where earthquake victims were residing, and spent time with the children there.
